![]() They rushed us thru and were just rude the whole time. They said there would be "actors" that would scare people. The clues made zero sense and were overall stupid. You were supposed to listen to a guy talking on the overhead speakers, but most of the time his voice wasn't understandable. ![]() When he came in he just basically gave us the answers. We didn't see a worker till the 3rd or 4th room. After that they sent us thru the door with no understanding or explanation to anything. I started to then contact the original person I dealt with and he changed his mind and said they would cover it. That they only allow 10, and it was an accommodation fee that they were allowing 12 so I would have to pay extra. As there was 12 standing in front of him. I then easily proved that to not be true. I stated I had discussed everything with the person on the phone when I added 4 more people to our group and was not informed there was an extra charge for people. The guy at the desk then informs me, due to them accommodating 12 people rather than 10 I need to pay an extra $50. So no reason for the treatment we received. The staff was rude and short and let us know they were annoyed. This was adult family group that we all wanted to do so I paid. I didn't say anything as it was my fault, and paid the full balance of almost $900. We ended up booking 4 more for a party of 12, but still had to pay private room fees. I paid extra to book a private room for a party of 8 due to covid. If you’re a fan of the Saw franchise, give it a try. Some rooms felt pointless while some felt like they needed to be in a different order. I think the overall story could have been better and that the rooms should have been reorganized. ![]() Had it not been for the help we received I’m not sure we would have completed this on time as tasks were not clear and at times we felt lost on what to do next. ![]() We were told most people pick medium so we did too. You are asked at the beginning if you’d like assistance during your time from a scale of none, medium, or easy. The tasks can be a bit overwhelming at times as there isn’t a lot of clear instruction. At times you will feel like you’re in one of the movies. The overall Devore fits with the Saw franchise, it’s creepy and done very well. I can’t go into a lot of details otherwise it would spoil it for others. I will say that there was some confusion at the beginning of the adventure and at times it was chaotic. That'll add to the authentic gameplay of surviving the plant with strangers.As a fan of the Saw franchise I had to do this escape room. You may be with other people in your group that you've never met before. The key to escaping the horrifying clutches of Jigsaw is that you'll have to work as a team. It's a great spot to visit if you want a thrilling and interactive adventure at any time of the year. General admission tickets start at $49.99 per person and will give you about one hour's worth of the immersive, gameplay experience.
